Palma XC Has Good Showing at Mt. SAC Invitational

Sam Lavorato ’19 ran a personal best of 15:08, beating his previous record by 31 seconds, at the Mt. SAC Invitational on October 20th. He placed second in the D4/D5 Sweepstakes race and was the top Div. 4 runner. Teammate Tommy Padilla ’19 placed 15th (10th in Div. 4) with a personal best of 15:54, beating his previous best by 4 seconds. The Chieftains finished 7th as a team, placing ahead of many top-ranked competitors.
