Brian Reader ’07 Promoted to Recruiting Coordinator and Running Backs Coach for the Vandals

After spending last season as the Director of Football Operations for the University of Idaho, Brian Reader ’07 has returned to the field as the Vandals’ running backs coach and recruiting coordinator. The three-sport Palma athlete was a quarterback for the Chieftains, Arkansas Razorbacks, MPC Lobos, and the University of Idaho before moving on to the Arena Football League. He returned to Idaho last season after a knee injury forced Reader to re-evaluate his role in football. Coach Jeff Carnazzo ’85 stated, “Brian was born to play quarterback and coach.”
