  • How do I schedule a visit to the school?

  • How do I register for the Palma School Admission Exam?

    It is important that your son register for one of our admission exams. Please sign up for one of these test times by contacting the Admissions Office. The fee for the admissions exam is $85.00 and can paid in advance by mailing it to Palma School/Office of Admissions, 919 Iverson St., Salinas, CA 93901 or can be paid the day of the test. If you have any questions regarding our testing and/or the dates, please contact our Admissions Office at Palma School.
  • Do current 8th graders at Palma need to take the Admission Exam?

    No. The Admissions Office utilizes school-wide testing results, performed at school in the month of October.
  • Are there financial aid and/or scholarship opportunities available for incoming students?

    Yes. Palma works with families on a confidential basis to ensure that qualified students have the opportunity to attend our school. A limited amount of financial aid is available to families with demonstrated need.

    There are two scholarships available for incoming 7th and 9th graders. One is the Blessed Edmund Rice Scholarship, which is open to a student entering Palma from a school within the Diocese of Monterey. The second is the Palma Leadership Award, offered to a student entering Palma from a public school within Monterey County. More information regarding these scholarships can be attained by contacting the Admissions Office.

  • How do I apply for financial aid?

    Submit your application online through F.A.S.T. no later than February 1st. You will need to submit your current IRS 1040 Tax Returns and your current W-2 forms. Notification of decisions for qualified families will be provided by the end of February. Families who submit incomplete or late applications may not receive tuition assistance. The deadline for financial aid is February 1st.

Because Palma is sensitive to, and appreciative of, the sacrifice parents make to provide this extraordinary educational opportunity, the current tuition includes most fees and that rate is locked in for the duration of your son(s)’ continuous enrollment at each level (junior high and high school).
