Kameron Woods ’17 Honored

On Saturday, March 18, Palma’s Kameron Woods ’17 was Keynote Speaker at the Boys and Girls Club of Monterey County’s Comics for Kids fund raiser. Woods was selected their Youth of the Year for 2017, having been an active member for many years. Selection for Youth of the Year is based on one’s “active involvement in their Clubhouse, service to their community, commitment to education and modeling of healthy behaviors to younger Club members.” Kameron will now represent the BGCMC in the Northern California Regional competition; the winner of which will move on to the national. James Corden, host of The Late Late Show with James Corden on CBS, was the MC.
